Prime Prestige inclusions

  • Everything in regular home cleaning: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors, bins, mirrors, switches and light wall spot cleaning
  • Accessible inside windows and glass doors, plus window tracks
  • Ceiling fans, air vents, detailed dusting and cobweb removal
  • Detailed kitchen cleaning and bathroom descaling
  • Behind and under movable furniture, where safe
  • Additional attention to accessible high-touch points

A deep clean does not restore damaged, permanently stained or deteriorated surfaces. Access, surface condition and the written quote determine the final scope.

Plan for access and the condition of your home

Let us know about fragile surfaces, furniture that cannot be moved, clutter or any areas that need special attention. A 10% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure a deep clean and is deducted from the final invoice. Read the booking deposit terms before arranging your clean.

Questions about deep cleaning for your home

Does deep cleaning include regular cleaning?

Yes. Prime Prestige includes the regular home cleaning tasks, plus the detailed deep-clean tasks listed on this page.

Will a deep clean remove every stain?

Some marks, mineral deposits, mould staining and damage can remain. The service cleans surfaces; it does not restore damaged or permanently stained materials.

Are oven and cupboard interiors included?

These are extras unless included in your written quote. Mention them when you contact us so the scope is clear.
