Your written quote confirms the work. Carpet steam cleaning and other separately quoted services should be discussed when requesting the clean.

Understand the bond cleaning guarantee

The guarantee has conditions, including a full-property PrimeNest clean, no occupation afterwards and connected utilities. PrimeNest must be notified within 7 days of the final inspection and will return once for covered cleaning issues identified by the property manager. Questions about bond & end-of-lease cleaning

Does a bond clean guarantee that my bond will be refunded?

The Bond Cleaning Guarantee covers the stated return-clean conditions. A bond refund also depends on matters outside cleaning, including damage and maintenance. Read the full guarantee terms.

Is there a booking deposit?

A 10% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure a bond clean and is deducted from the final invoice. A booking is confirmed after the deposit is received. Read the booking deposit terms.

Is a move-out clean automatically a bond clean?

No. Moving cleans have a tailored scope. Request a bond clean where you need the full end-of-lease scope and the applicable guarantee.
